How we evolved Broya’s packaging infrastructure to unlock U.S. market entry, cross border compliance, and multi-format SKU expansion.
As Broya expanded its footprint across Canada and into the U.S. market, their packaging infrastructure needed a technical evolution to meet strict FDA and CFIA regulatory requirements. The goal was to seamlessly integrate these updates without losing any of their existing brand consistency or premium shelf presence. At the same time, the system required tighter colour and production standards to scale reliably, while introducing 2 brand new canned items and a Halal certification into the established framework.
We updated the entire cross border packaging system to meet Canadian and U.S. nutrition panels and complex regulatory guidelines. To protect design quality at scale, we shifted the core pouch line from a CMYK print process to a standardized Pantone (PMS) system for perfect colour consistency across manufacturing runs. Finally, we expanded this cohesive look into a brand new canned range, introducing fresh layouts and 1 new flavour while protecting the visual unity of the entire lineup.
